These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MaxVu.com and any purchases made through our store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Custom‑Made Products

All MaxVu vinyl decals are made to order. This means:

• Production begins shortly after your order is placed

• Each item is created specifically for you

• We do not keep inventory

• We cannot resell returned items

Because of this, certain policies differ from stores that sell mass‑produced goods.

2. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information you provide during checkout — including size, color, personalization, and shipping details — is accurate.

MaxVu is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information entered by the customer.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once your order enters production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

If you need to request a change, email us immediately at Contact@maxvu.com. We will accommodate changes only if production has not started.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because all items are custom‑made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Wrong color ordered

• Incorrect personalization

• Change of mind

• Failure to read product descriptions or instructions

If We Make a Mistake

If MaxVu makes an error, we will replace the item at no cost. Please email:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

If You Make a Mistake

We offer a Second Chance Discount for customer‑caused errors (wrong size, wrong color, incorrect personalization, etc.). Discount amount varies and is offered at our discretion.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with:

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

• Your order number

We will replace the item if damage is confirmed.

5. Shipping Policy (U.S. Only)

MaxVu currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

International shipping is not available except by special custom request.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. MaxVu is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, branding, and content on MaxVu.com are the property of Savannah Bandanas, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or products for:

• Illegal purposes

• Harassment or abuse

• Intellectual property infringement

• Attempting to interfere with site security

• Reselling our products without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

MaxVu is not liable for:

• Improper installation of decals

• Damage caused by incorrect surface preparation

• Damage caused by misuse

• Losses resulting from shipping delays

• Customer‑provided measurement or personalization errors

Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

Wall Surface & Vinyl Application Disclaimer

Vinyl graphics may interact differently with various wall surfaces, paints, and textures. MaxVu is not responsible for any damage to walls, paint, or surfaces that may occur during the application, use, or removal of vinyl graphics. Wall conditions vary, and it is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether their surface is suitable for vinyl installation.

Customers should use their own discretion when selecting between removable and permanent vinyl options. We strongly recommend testing a small, inconspicuous area first and following all application instructions carefully before installing the full graphic.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
